Roula joined Seacoast Outright as the Program Director in 2021.
I grew up straddled between Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. I always had a passion to try to help others. In my undergraduate years, I was involved in our LGBTQIA+ organization and lived in the campus LGBTQIA+ community house. Helping run programming, and connect with other organizations were some of my fondest memories from college. After graduating, I didn't know what I wanted to do and spent some time exploring my options and my interests for my career. With some experience in the field, I finally decided to go to graduate school to work towards a Master's of Social Work degree. The journey has been eventful, thought-provoking, and inspiring. I felt fortunate to find the opportunity to join Seacoast Outright to connect my varied professional, academic, and personal experiences to inspire and hold our motto: "You be you."
