- Parent/Caregiver Support Group: 7:00-8:30 PM online or at Community Campus in Portsmouth
- Friday Night Group (divided by age group): 7:00-8:30 PM at Community Campus in Portsmouth
     - January 3rd (5-12): Shrinkies
     - January 10th (9-12): High School         Peer Support
      -January 17th (5-8): Middle                     School Peer Support
      - January 24th (5-12): Mini                       dioramas 
       - Januaury 31st (5-12) : Movie                night with pizza

Young adult group (ages 18-24): 5:00-6:30 PM at Community Campus in Portsmouth
